Paradise Bay Botanicals is proud to operate under New Zealand Consumer Law.

If there is a fault with one of our products you have received, or an incorrect product has been sent out to you, we will be more than happy to offer a replacement / send the correct item. We may require evidence such as an image of the faulty or incorrect product.
