THE BENEFITS A warm embrace of earths elements including kaolin white clay, dead sea salt, natural epsom salt and relaxing, soothing aromatherapeutic essential oils of cedarwood, cypress, douglas fir and ylangylang. Submerge in a soothing bath with no 'floaty bits' ie, a truely relaxing sensory experience - no little petals tickling you as you relax.  A blend of salts, clays and essential oils that will send you into the alpha state, floating in a sea of bliss.

THE RITUAL Upon dusk or in the dark of evening, run a full bath as hot as you can take it. Add a third of this jar (approx 330grams) to your bath water and swirl it in with your hands. Light one or more candles and turn out the light. Select some relaxing music – crystal singing bowls is great as it has no beat and can help you float away into a dream-like state of deep relaxation. Gently submerge your body into the water and softly breathe in the aromatherapeutic fragrance of this blissful bouquet of essential oils. Sink your ears under water to mute the world. Focus on your heart beat. Soak for 20-40 minutes. Have your fresh towel at hands reach, and slip into clean pyjamas and clean sheets, and drift off into a deep restorative sleep.
